We are currently recruiting seasoned Psychologists and Social Workers to join our dynamic Affiliate Network Program. The Affiliate Program offers practitioner support, promoting professional integrity, excellence and innovation in the growth and development of your private practice.

 

Humaneed delivers a comprehensive marriage and relationship counselling service to meet the often complex needs of the couples and families we assist.

 

 

How does it work?

• Receive client referrals
  
• Humaneed is the first point of contact, all of the client details are gathered and the first appointment is made for you
  
• You are in control of the appointment times you make available
  
• You have the flexibility to move in and out of the Program to suit your lifestyle
  
• We maintain ongoing client contact, this frees you up to do the therapy
  
• Work from your own rooms, we add to your current set up
  
• Our system is simple and proven.
  

This is for Specialist Relationship Counsellors who value their autonomy and who do not want to buy into a franchise arrangement where you no longer have control.

 

As a member of the Humaneed Affiliate Network you remain an independent Private Practitioner.

 

This is not a Franchise. This is a straight forward, no nonsense process.

 

 

What about the finances?

This is where we differ from other service providers.....

• We have a shared financial interest in each client for a short time only.
  
• After this period its all about you....no matter how many sessions you continue with each client, all of the earnings are yours.   

You can imagine how happy our therapists are.... they are achieving a fantastic income, working the hours they want and getting rewarded faster!!!!

 

 

 

 

Our ideal candidate would be a seasoned therapist and should have the following background:

1. Fully qualified Psychologist or Social Worker;
2. Post-graduate studies in Couples Therapy; (this is essential)
3. Full membership of the APS or AASW;
4. Medicare Provider Number;
5. Proven experience in counselling couples and families with complex issues;
6. Sound knowledge and skills in counselling models of practice;
7. Self-motivated and a willingness to take initiatives;
8. Attention to detail; e ffective time management skills; a n ability to set goals
9. A willingness to expand your knowledge and skills to stay on top of the latest developments in couples therapy
