1. We aim to offer a session time within 24-48 hours. This time offered may not be optimal but will be as soon as possible to ensure the best outcome for your relationship.
2. The session must be paid in advance; Payment by credit card accepted.  (Visa/MasterCard)
3. There is a surcharge of $50.00 for this service; if the session is scheduled between 11pm and 6am (or part thereof) the surcharge is $100.00.
4. If required you will be referred to the Humaneed counsellor best suited to work on your issues for followup sessions. A complete and confidential report will be given to the new counsellor to avoid unnecessary repetition.
